yourhelpdesk.co.uk was started in 1997 to provide help and solutions to anyone with a question. At this time it was a free service with no guaranteed response times, but as time has moved on we have needed to change, in 2008 yourhelpdesk.co.uk was re-launched and started taking on commissioned work, of course if you have a question feel free to submit it and we will try and give you an answer as quickly as possible.

yourhelpdesk.co.uk was founded by Andrew Harris and is still run with the same view of providing answers to questions. Andrew started in IT in 1987 working for a local authority, in 1997 he moved to Sky TV as a Support Team Leader during the Digital Project, staying in that role for over five years the team helped Sky TV launch Sky Digital TV which has been one of the most successful product launches in the world. Andrew also had his 5 mins of fame, during the "I Love You" virus outbreak, Andrew got his chance to have his moment being caught on film.
